There are many recipes out there for stuffed bell peppers - but I've come up with one that works best for me: it does not include onions or meat. Personally, I dislike onions or anything that tastes of onions, and although I'm not a vegetarian - I don't consume a lot of meat.
Instead of onions I use garlic, and instead of meat I use nuts.
